Heubude 1852,- where to search?

Hallo,- and Merry Christmas!
If I assume that the information about my grandfather, Eduard (Grischewski ?), is correct: Born in Heubude 1852. –Where would it be likely to find information about him? Which church-book, which registration-office, ……?
I asked EZA to search for me in Bohnsack, -but nothing.
For me it is a little bit difficult and confusing to find out how the people in Heubude were organized in that period .

I do not know if you can read German and so I write a short summary:
Protestant church before 1860 in Bohnsack (today Sobieszewo). EZA Berlin has these church records. Film copies you can find at the Mormons.
Catholic church before 1925 Königliche Kapelle (King's chapel) in Danzig. Film copies you can find at the Mormons.

First of all,- German is OK for me to read (sometimes with a little help from Google ), but it is easier for me to write in English than German. So feel free to use German!
As EZA did not find anything for me in Bohnsack I'll try "Königliche Kapelle"!
If there are more places I should search,- please let me know.
