if you're referring to the eBay auction under https://www.ebay.de/itm/133229381483 - here's the right reading from the backside of the photographies:

o Blick auf Praust von unserem Wohnhaus (Dach)
o Praust unser Haus - (Schild links am Eingang: ????? Stiftung zu Praust)
o Praust Villa Storchnest Bahnhofstr. (Vorderansicht) - (Schild links am Eingang: R. Wetzel ?????) - I can't read anything.
o Villa Storchnest Praust, Bahnhofstr. (Rückansicht)
o Praust Bahnhofstraße Radaunebrücke Zuckerfabrik
o Vizefeldwebel d. R. Eck. WIEDEMANN, Reitausbildung in Danzig Septemb. 1910

- For me there is no evidence that ALL photographies are from about 1910.
- I think that the name 'R. Wetzel' can only be read (?) on the originals.
- What's the reason for locating the pictures to the number 14?

... Due to the fact that there are no background information mentioned I'll push forward my supposition of #2:

Eckart WIEDEMANN was born 1884-06-04 in Praust. His father was the general practitioner Dr. Hugo WIEDEMANN (mother: Emma WIEDEMANN nee WILSCH).

Eckart WIEDEMANN left military with the rank second lieutenant. He married Meta Helene JAHNKE 1920-01-25 in Zoppot.

His father died at Praust and was a so called Sanitätsrat.
